Welcome to our site.

This is a confidential reporting service where International Paper employees can ask questions, report concerns and solve problems. This service is also available to customers, suppliers, contractors or members of the public who have a question or concern.

Reporting a Concern.

Reports to the HelpLine are handled by an independent, third-party service. We encourage you to submit your concern confidentially, without fear of retribution or retaliation. International Paper does not tolerate retaliation against those who report a concern in good faith – this is the company’s promise in return for our employees making such reports. Where permitted by law, you may make your report anonymously.

Your Input Matters.

We are committed to being a place where our employees are proud to work and a business that our partners can trust. Our core values of commitment, ownership, respect and excellence are important to us, and we believe that it is the responsibility of each and every one of us to speak up if we become aware of any situation that violates these values. That is why your voice is so important to International Paper. Your speaking up will help us uphold our shared heritage of integrity while contributing to our success in the future. Examples of situations to report include:

  • Theft or misuse of company assets
